i’m still standing…

hey hey hey!!
thanks for sticking with me!!
i’ve still be active. I haven’t been as intense as i was in the begining of all this.
 but I’vebeen able to maintain my weight loss! no gaining back here!
i feel really good and am ready for my next challenge!

I now have a little PRIVATE gym in my basement!!
I have a treadmill and a TV with a DVD player…some free weights
 a medicine ball jump rope and will be getting a stepper* and some miorrors.
I can go there WHENEVER i want no matter what time!
There’s enough room for me to do a workout DVD and I can close the door
and be as loud as I want to be!!

While I have been gone from here don’t think in any way I have stopped
or given up.

YES I WILL ADMIT…i slacked a little bit.
but I have maintained my good eating habits 90% of the time and
have been active in some way sort for at least 30 minutes evey day!
I have really gotten into walking.
 like 2.5 miles from here to the beach once or
twice around and back!
it’s been very relaxing.

it helps me get centered.

I have been wearing my MBT’s which make me REALLY
have a work out on my ENTIRE body! I highly suggest these sneakers!

I eat either cereal or DOUBLE fiber oatmeal every morning.
I have my coffee
lately i’ve been on a soup kick for lunch (but beware of HIGH SODIUM IN CAN SOUPS!)
I have a snack of some sort…mini bag of pop corn fruit yogurt pretzels etc
and a good donner loaded with veggies!!
i have dessert sometimes but I remain within portions!!

and LOTS and LOTS of water!!

so it’s time to kick it up a notch (as emeril would say)

workout here I come!!
