Jillian Michaels is my new best friend…well for 30 days at least!
This is the DVD i will be doing for the next 30 days. I’m about to get shredded!! lol
I’ve been reading her book: Winning by Losing and it’s really quite interesting.
it talks a lot about how working out and weight loss a lot to do with your mentality about it.
your attitude…you have to really be ready for the change because in order for you to lose weight and keep it off you have to change your habits FOR LIFE!
you can’t just change until you are at your goal weight…slowly but surely it will creep back on again.
Jillian’s whole thing is 3-2-1 method. Each level contains a 20-minute workout based on Jillian’s exclusive 3-2-1 Strength/Cardio/Ab training circuit: 3 minutes of strength, 2 minutes of cardio, and 1 minute of ab work. There’s also a brief warm-up session and a cool down stretch.
HOLY SHIT!! this was my first day but my heart was pumping I was sweating and i felt the burn! there are a lot of old school moved like jumping-jacks and push-ups but these are the continued moved that show results!! I am a bit achy now!! and it’s been a few hours!!
I did the level one 20 minutes. I was thinking that there is NO WAY i was going to get a work out in 20 minutes!! oh yes i did! i feel good…at one point i had to stop!!! i am excited about this.

so as you do the DVD and your stamina builds you can move to level 2 and eventually 3. I figure on average maybe you move up every 10 days…concidering she is talking about 30 days…
It felt good to get a hard work out in today!

I still have been eating pretty good!
yesterday was ground turkey meat and black bean enchiladas mmmmmmm soo good!
i’ve gotten on to the whole oatmeal in the morning kick. it keeps me full for a loong time.
lots of water is important too! now that it’s colder out I think i’ll be having more herbal teas as well. they are pretty good for you and helps you with your water intake.
well i’m gonna go.
i want to try and get up early tomorrow and go for an early morning walk around the beach.
