day 2 of shred
Hey guys…
So last night was day 2 of my “shred”
It was a little bit easier since I went through it once before.
But at the same time towards the end of the work out
There were a lot of profanities coming out of my mouth
With every crunch I was doing!
I really pushed myself to keep going,
If I couldn’t do the move I just kept moving.
My stamina was a bit better.
I am very excited to see how this goes for me!
It’s easier (I think ) to work out when you actually ENJOY what
You are doing.
I believe that is important.
I’ve pushed myself more when I’ve been doing something fun.
When I go for a walk I go around one more time
When I’m really grooving to my MP3 player I keep going for a few more minutes
And just like with this DVD, I really like it so even when I’m feeling tired
And want to stop…I don’t!
You have to find something that you like.
It really makes a difference!
